“To touch another person is to risk being changed”

Intimacy Series
The Intimacy Series is an ongoing exploration of intimacy in its quietest, most unspoken forms.
The concept originated in 2019, during a nomadic period of my life marked by constant movement, which demanded adaptability and surrender. During that time, I discovered meaning through fleeting encounters—moments without expectation, where presence alone created connection: a held silence, an exchanged glance, the pause after laughter.
Now in New York City, I continue to investigate how intimacy reveals itself in both lasting and passing relationships. Each duet in the series serves as a study—an embodied inquiry into how closeness forms, lingers, and dissolves. Together, these works expand the definition of intimacy as a living language of trust, presence, and vulnerability, in which even the smallest gesture can carry the weight of a moment.
